Violinist Marie-Christine Marcoux and pianist Vanessa Poirier perform a rich tapestry of classical repertoire, traditional melodies and original compositions. Vanessa Marcoux performs regularly in a wide array of musical activities ranging from classical to world music, jazz, improvisation and performing her own compositions. As a member of the Duo Fortin-Poirier, Marie-Christine has performed the critically acclaimed ‘Twenty Fingers and a Piano’ in Canada, the United States, France, Norway and Italy.
