Giselle

Join us for a night at the ballet - a beautiful staging of Giselle with score by Adolphe Adam. Giselle represents the greatest achievement of ballet’s Romantic era and tells the story of love, betrayal, death and redemption. Performed in less than 2hrs, the story-ballet will captivate hearts both young and old, transcend you into a ghost -filled forest and gently remind all, that love prevails and is the essence of all life, forgiveness and peace.

This year’s full-length ballet, Giselle, honors our graduating student: Alicia Hinojosa who has trained at Ballet Bloch for 10yrs. Our presentation of Giselle is a unique performance experience offering aspiring dancers the privilege to dance classical ballets. Our school continues, after 13yrs, to develop arts and culture in our community. Children ages 7 to 18 will share the stage with guest professionals to mark this memorable event.
