Box Office Hours
Our Box Office is located in the Kay Meek Arts Centre lobby and is open on Thursdays from 12:00 pm -4:00pm for in-person sales, and 1 hour prior to ticketed performances for door sales and Will Call pickup only. You can also contact the Box Office by telephone on Tuesdays between 12:00pm and 4:00pm.
Please note our offices will be closed for the holidays from Monday, December 23rd through Sunday, January 5th.
Voicemail messages left on the Box Office line at 604-981-6335 will be answered by a member of our team in order of date received between 12:00pm and 4:00pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

E-Tickets & Will Call
Tickets are sent automatically within 24 hours of purchase to the email address associated with your order. They are sent from [email protected] with the subject line “Your Kay Meek tickets are attached.” Please ensure you have searched your email for this subject line, checked your junk folder, or tried to download them from your account before contacting the box office.
