Terms and Conditions
- Prices and programme are correct at time of print and are subject to change without notice.
- Ticketholders (the registrant and additional attendees) agree to release the Kay Meek Arts Centre and its respective officials, officers, employees, and agents of all claims that may arise from attendance at the event, and not limited to any losses suffered as a result of illness or injury arising from attendance at the event.
- By purchasing a ticket, you agree to abide by any health and safety measures enforced at the time of the event – including (but not limited to) providing proof of vaccinations, or wearing face masks.
- All sales are final and tickets are non-refundable, with the following exceptions:
- If a performance is cancelled you will receive a full refund to your original payment card, or via cheque if the purchase was made in cash. Any tickets purchased with a gift card or account credit will be credited the value. Credits are valid for 12 months.
- If a performance is rescheduled, you will be offered the opportunity to request a refund. This request must be made within 30 days of the rescheduling announcement, and at least two days before the new performance date – whichever is earlier.
- Personal arrangements including travel, accommodation, or hospitality relating to the event are made at your own risk and will not be refunded in any circumstance.
- Postage fees and donations are not refundable in any circumstance.
- In the event of a schedule change, customers will be contacted via the email address on file (or by telephone, if no email address has been provided). This will constitute a reasonable attempt at communication. Patrons are responsible for keeping their contact information up to date and checking their email messages regularly.
- Please add the @kaymeek.com domain to your Safe Senders list to ensure our communications do not get filtered as junk mail.
- Ticket exchanges between Kay Meek host shows may be made (subject to availability) at a cost of $5 per order. Exchanges must be requested at least two business days prior to the event. If the requested tickets are of a higher value, the difference in price will be due at the time of exchange. If the requested tickets are of a lower value, the difference will be credited to your account for use against future bookings.
- Ticket exchanges are not available for venue rental events presented by hiring companies at the Kay Meek Arts Centre.
- Account credits are valid for 12 months. Account credits cannot be exchanged for cash. Expired account credits cannot be reinstated or redeemed.
- Your ticket price includes a booking fee which goes towards our administration costs. The advertised price includes this fee, and it applies equally across all purchase platforms (web, telephone, and in-person).
- We cannot provide support for tickets purchased via a third party, including (but not limited to) reprinting, refunding, or exchanging.
- Ticketholders agree to the additional terms laid out in our ticketing policies.
- By agreeing to these terms and conditions of sale, I confirm that I have spoken to all members of my party and I confirm that they are all in agreement with the terms herein which I have explained to them. I also confirm my understanding that the Kay Meek Arts Centre is relying on the steps I have taken as set out herein to obtain the confirmation from the other members of my party.
