The Reivews Are In…

Marion Bridge opened last Thursday night and it was great to see many Vancouver theatre critics in attendance.
Here’re just a few of the reviews so far:
“Roy Surette directs with a light touch, leaving the three veteran actors to build their rich characters and find the substantial comedy amid the crises.”
— VANCOUVER SUN

“Trio of bravura performances keeps Daniel MacIvor’s family dramedy authentic… a sentimental, and often very funny, journey to familial reconciliation that never feels maudlin.”
— VANCOUVER PRESENTS

“It’s gentle and funny and full of small truths…. the performers and the text were sublime….”
— THE GEORGIA STRAIGHT

“Thoughtfully directed by Roy Surette, the play concludes – as we have all expected – like a big, warm hug.”
— JO LEDINGHAM
Marion Bridge continues to September 20.
