Update on Coming Events: Covid-19

During this period of common concern about public gatherings, we want all attendees to be up to date on our plans.

Kay Meek Arts Centre continues to operate normally for all events currently scheduled in our venue. Please come and enjoy the performances, while being mindful of our collective responsibility for a healthy environment. To ensure audience safety and comfort, we are enhancing our cleaning regimen and providing hand sanitizer. We also ask all attendees to play a role:

  • Wash your hands frequently with soap and water.

  • Cough into your sleeve, and avoid touching your face.

  • When you see friends or meet new people in the lobby, avoid shaking hands.

  • Greet each other with a smile and a wave, and enjoy the show.

If you are feeling unwell, or if you have a weakened immune system, we ask you to stay home and offer your tickets to a friend. You may also call us to exchange your tickets for a future Kay Meek season presentation. (If you have tickets for other rental events taking place in our theatres, please contact the event organizers.)

Should it happen that a guest artist is unable to perform due to illness or restricted travel, the Kay Meek may postpone the event, or cancel and issue refunds. However, at this time, no postponements or cancellations are anticipated.

For any updates that could affect upcoming performances, we will post news on our website and notify patrons by email as quickly as possible. Otherwise, the season continues as planned. As always, we look forward to seeing you at your next performance!
