Please note that the box office phone line should be used for ticketing inquiries and purchases only. If you have a general inquiry, please phone our administrative office line and select the appropriate extension when prompted.

Yes. The box office opens starting 1 hour prior to all ticketed events for in-person sales and will-call pickup. If you plan on purchasing at the door, we recommend checking the website or phoning us during open hours to make sure there is ticket availability.

Yes. If you have purchased the tickets as a gift, or given the tickets to a friend, they will be able to pick up the tickets under the purchaser’s name. Make sure they also have the order number to avoid any confusion.

Unfortunately, we do not accept debit at this time. We can take credit or cash for payment. Please note that we do not have a card machine, so you will need to have your credit card on your person.
