How do I use my season gift voucher/account credit?

Season Gift Vouchers can be used online at the payment stage of ticket purchasing. There will be a box in which to type your voucher code, and a button to ‘Redeem Voucher’.
Once redeemed, you will need to check the box ‘Use available credit to pay for this order’.

Any remaining balance will be stored on your account as credit, valid for the remainder of the season (or 12 months, whichever is longer).

If you have any account credit available (either from a partially-used Season Gift Voucher or a show cancellation, etc), you can check the box that says ‘Use available credit to pay for this order’ to redeem it against your order.
